GREAT FOR HEADACHES! I have chronic migraines and this roll on has helped tremendously. It’s an excellent way to have something portable to ease the pain. When I’ve had nausea with the migraine, it has also eased the nausea associated with the headache. I know I could make something like this on my own, but pricing out the products is way more than this purchase. And as a matter of fact, I just purchased my second bottle. How I use: I just rub a bit on my temples and gently massage into the skin. Relief usually lasts about 4 hours. I have also run it across my forehead when I get bad sinus headaches and that works great also. Highly recommend!
