Returns & Replacements

At Misty Mountain Soap Company, we take pride in producing high-quality, handcrafted skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Because our items are personal care products, once they leave our facility and/or are opened, they cannot be resold. For this reason, all sales are final.

Exceptions (Our Error):

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error on our part, we will gladly make it right. In these cases:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request photos or additional details to verify the issue.

The product may need to be returned to us.

Once the return is received and reviewed, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
